Terms of Use

The Service

SubSheet helps adult coaches plan youth basketball rotations, rosters, and who plays each period. Features may change. The Service is currently offered without charge. We may introduce paid plans, limits, or new features later. If we do, we will provide notice. Continued use after that notice, or purchase of a paid plan, means you accept the updated terms that apply.

Lineups, playing-time totals, and similar output are a coaching aid. They are not an official league record, medical advice, or a guarantee that minutes will be fair or that a league will accept your plan.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. The Service is not directed to children. You are responsible for the information you enter about players, including youth players.

Accounts

You must provide a valid email and keep your password and inbox secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Notify us at contact@subsheet.app if you believe someone else used your account. We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe create risk for SubSheet or others.

Your content and youth data

You retain rights in the rosters, rotation templates, games, notes, and other content you submit (“Your Content”). You grant SubSheet a limited license to host, store, display, and process Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service.

If Your Content includes names, jersey numbers, or other information about children, you represent that you are an adult coach (or similar adult role) with the right to enter that information, and that doing so does not violate parent, league, school, or other applicable rules. Do not enter information you are not allowed to store.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service if you are under 18
• Break the law or infringe others’ rights
• Probe, scan, or disrupt the Service, or try to access another user’s workspace
• Scrape, copy, or resell the Service except as these Terms allow
• Upload malware or content that is unlawful, harassing, or exploitative
• Use player data for anything other than coaching that team on SubSheet

Sharing

Features such as Print, Save as PDF, and Share create a snapshot you can send outside SubSheet. Once you share a file or image, we do not control that copy. You are responsible for who you send it to.

Our rights

SubSheet, its name, design, and software are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for your own coaching, subject to these Terms. We may modify or discontinue the Service.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that lineups or stats will be accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUBSHEET AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS. Some states do not allow certain limitations; in those states our liability is limited to the maximum allowed.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify SubSheet and its operators against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, including claims related to youth player information you entered.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account, email contact@subsheet.app. We may suspend or end access immediately if you violate these Terms. Sections that by nature should survive (including disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity) will survive termination.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and SubSheet agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If a change is material, we will provide a more prominent notice when reasonable.
